Multi Media Personality

Not only is Ruby known for her work behind the camera, but she has also become a personality in her own right. She got her first break in television from a go-see for The Clothes Show, where she ended up making regular appearances. Her television appearances include BBC Style Challenge, a forerunner in make-over genre of television programmes, Britain’s Next Top Model, GMTV, This Morning (with Richard and Judy), CNN, and Discovery Channel, with over 30 programmes.  Ruby also became known for her role on both the pilot and subsequent series of Channel 4’s Ten Years Younger, where she was the resident make-up artist and expert for many seasons. She has appeared on David Frost’s Through The Keyhole, Strictly Come Dancing and The Weakest Link. A landmark achievement in her career, Ruby was awarded an MBE in 2007, for recognition of her contribution to the British Cosmetic Industry.
