Ruby’s love for make-up extends into education and training. As well as running master classes for consumers and industry specialists, she has worked with brands as varied as Aveda, Clarins, YSL, Vidal Sassoon, Estee Lauder and  Prescriptives, training their beauty consultants and make-up artists.  When Clarins moved into colour cosmetics, Ruby was called in to train up their team, and for YSL, she worked with their in-house make-up artists, turning them into “visagistes”.  In 2004, Channel 4 commissioned “From The Top”, an educational documentary raising awareness about make-up artistry as a career.
